TEC (Tyresö Extreme Challenge) is an ultramarathon taking place in the central forest area of Täby from April 4-6. The start and finish are at the Ensta Krog activity center, which is easily accessible by public transport. The race includes distances of 50 miles (7 laps), 100 miles (14 laps), and 200 miles (28 laps), as well as a new distance called Baby Ultra, which consists of 4 laps. The course is marked, and signs will be set up to facilitate navigation, but runners should be prepared for varying weather conditions.
